Meet Molly

Molly has over 15 years of professional and active fitness experience in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Indianapolis. Molly owns MFitness and teaches Pilates mat and strength classes, private reformer sessions, and Cycle classes at many locations throughout Indianapolis. She holds a wide range of certifications, including those from the Aerobics Fitness Association of America (AFAA), IM=X Pilates (Floor and Exercizer), Polestar Pilates, Fit Tour Pilates, Yoga Fit, Mad Dogg Athletics spinning, and FlyWheel Cycling. Her clients range from 8 to 87 years old and have all fitness skill levels, including Olympic and professional athletes. Molly currently serves as part of the Performance Enhancement Team at the USA Diving National Training Center in Indianapolis.

Molly's dedication to fitness doesn't stop at instruction alone. Molly is a freelance fitness media correspondent and was the Fitness Expert for Fox 59 Morning News in Indianapolis for over 2 years. Her "Fitness Works" segments ran weekly both on air and online. On a national fitness instruction level, she has been featured in a Crunch fitness video and was a presenter for Fit TV and Self Magazine. Most recently, Molly launched her very own fitness DVD under her new brand, QuickCuts. QuickCuts Pilates Practice is the name of the first title, more workouts are in the works and will launch in the near future. Molly also has her classes available for purchase on www.Yogavibes.com.

Molly's business background is well defined. She completed her B.S. in Business from Indiana University in 3 and a 1/2 years and has multilevel experience in the fitness industry, including Corporate and Entertainment Marketing with Fit TV and WebMD. Molly has also served as the Director of Licensing for Fox Kids, Walt Disney Consumer Products, and The Indy Racing League. Along the way during her business career, Molly has always maintained a full fitness teaching schedule.

Molly, her husband Scott and their daughter Holyn, who was born in March 2010, live in Indianapolis, IN. Through all of her individual and group instruction classes, health and media awareness efforts, and various business opportunities, Molly has always been on a constant quest to be her best as a fitness professional and help others realize their true potential through fitness.
