All of Molly's classes are fast paced and form focused. Precision of
movement and body awareness are stressed in all her classes. Her philosophy
is that in order to create change in the body, workouts need to change. You
will never experience the same class twice. The full body is challenged in
every class and body weight, rings, balls, bands, blocks and small hand
weights give this invigorating class its athletic twist. Her reformer
sessions follow the same philosophy as her mat or ballet bar classes and
involve not only the Pilates reformer but balls, bands rings, weights and
many other pieces of fitness equipment.
