Tips & Techniques - (2 min.) Learn the correct and precise way to position your body during all of the exercises.
Warm up - (4 min.) Heat up the body with flowing, large movements to prepare you for the workout.
Abdominals - (10 min.) Use a small ball to help fire the deep abdominal wall to define and strengthen your entire core.
Arms - (10 min.) Use small hand weights in a unique way to work the shoulders, biceps & triceps.
Limbs & Planks - (10 Min.) Use concentrated, tiny movements to tone the front & back of your legs and perform unique planks to challenge the entire body.
